Your payments on luminarkav.com are safe.
Payment options
- Online payment: credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through a secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateway.
- Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS): bank details are shared at checkout or on request. Please email the payment reference (UTR) with your order number. Orders are processed once the amount is credited to our account.
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
Security
- The Website uses SSL encryption to protect the information you enter.
- Card and banking details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page and are never stored by LuminarkAV.
- LuminarkAV will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN by phone, email or WhatsApp. Please do not share them with anyone.
- Pay only into bank accounts in the name of LuminarkAV / Luminark Designs. If you receive a request to pay into any other account, please call us at +91 81494 86880 to verify before paying.
Failed or double payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or the gateway within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction details at aditya.luminark@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
